How much does the event cost?
The 2010 Eco-tellers Retreat is free... But limited to 1st 25 people who register. Cost you will have to bear include your transportation to the event, housing at the event (camping $24 a night or motel $59 a night) and food for dinner and breakfast... Currently lunch on Saturday is sponsored and we hope to sponsor more meals. Housing can be provided for anyone who is dying to attend and can not due to cost.
How can this event be free?
This event is free because the Vale Intentional Community, Eric and Marybeth Wolf are providing a free space to meet in. It seems the least we can do because of our faith and belief in the importance of environmental education. Finally why not? Why can't such a worthy venture be offered up free to those who are committed to attending?
What is a Hat Story?
Everybody places their name in a hat and we pull out a name. That person tells a five minute story.

03/28/10 - 2nd Draft of schedule and report on sponsorship.
04/01/10 - Final draft of schedule with option to rewrite during retreat...
04/07/10 - Meals setup.
04/09/10 Retreat begins...
04/30/10 Report on retreat posted here on the blog and thank-you notes to sponsors.
Hierarchy of needs
If Sponsorship is available it will pay for the following items in this order.
1) Dinner on Friday night donated by the Vale Community.
1) Lunch on Saturday
Food Donated by Ha Ha Pizza and Current Cuisine
2) Dinner on Saturday
3) Lunch on Sunday. $200 (Still Available)
4) Welcome Packets for each participant.
Provided by Jonatha Wright.
5) Cool Shirts for Participants $300 (Still Available!!)
6) Housing Provided by the Wright's, Bieri's and the Eastman's in the Vale Community.
7) Media underwriting for the fundraiser provided by the Tecumseh Land Trust
Sponsors will receive a link from the blog and a mention during the performance on Saturday.
